1. How do I apply for a job at SaiTech?
For consideration, please complete our online application.  Please keep your resume as simple as possible (no excessive graphics), so our system can produce an easy-to-read copy.

 

2. What format should I use to submit my resume?
We prefer to receive your resume as a Word, PDF, or text file attachment.  If you are reorganizing your resume, please use the following outline:

  1. Your name, address, phone number(s), and e-mail address
  2. A brief summary of your experience
  3. The type of position(s) you are looking for
  4. Your work experience
  5. Education
  6. Professional recognitions

 

3. Is the information submitted on my resume kept confidential and secure?
SaiTech respects your right to privacy.  At our Web Site, you can view current openings without revealing who you are or registering with us.  However, when a posting seriously interests you and you’d like to be considered for employment, your submission of personal information will need to include a resume containing your name, address, phone number, and work experience.

As to the information that you provide to us:

  1. SaiTech will use it solely for internal purposes, i.e., your data will not be sold or provided to third parties.
  2. Resume information will be stored in our database, which is accessible by our recruiters nationwide, and used to locate individuals whose qualifications match our current openings.
  3. Your resume will not be submitted to any agencies or clients without your prior approval.

 

 

4. What happens once my resume gets to you?
Your resume will be reviewed against the requirements of the position for which you applied. Your resume will remain searchable within our database, and you may be contacted if your resume is found while recruiting for another position.

 

5. I submitted by resume and have not been called.  What should I do?
Due to the volume of resumes we receive in response to our job announcements, we are only able to call candidates selected for further screening.  If you haven’t been contacted, please maintain a current resume on our Talent Portal.

 

6. I’ve already submitted my resume.  Should I submit it again?
Once you have registered on our careers website and uploaded your resume, you will not be able to submit your resume multiple times for the same position.  However, you may upload a new resume to your profile if you would like to revise/update your resume.

 

7. Does SaiTech hire part-time workers?
Occasionally we have part-time positions, depending on our client’s needs.  If you are looking for part-time work, please let us know that when you complete the online application.

 

8. What kind of skills does SaiTech look for in an applicant?
When accessing applicants, we look at relevant skills and experience.  Over time, we encourage our employees to assume additional responsibilities and take initiative in charting their career path.  Opportunities for growth are available in all areas of SaiTech’s business.

 

9. How much travel is involved in the typical SaiTech job?
Some projects require employees to travel extensively, while others require none.  Please make your ability and willingness to travel known to your SaiTech recruiter.  And if you have an interest in a particular geographic area, please let us know when completing the online application.

 

10. What are typical work hours at SaiTech?  Also, what about flextime?
General business hours at SaiTech are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday; however these hours vary depending on individual work sites and specific job functions.

 

11. Can I pursue a graduate degree?  What is your tuition reimbursement program like?
