Recent Major Accomplishment:
In support of NASA Shared Services Center’s (NSSC) consolidated Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) implementation that went live in November 2011, SaiTech’s Applications Support staff have developed and implemented the Enterprise Service Request System, an integral part of the NASA I3P strategic IT initiative. ESD, the Enterprise Service Desk, is a new agency wide website that provides users a self-help site. This allows users to create/view trouble tickets, search through thousands of knowledge articles, order services, and much more.
