DHS EAGLE II Contract

SaiTech has been awarded a Prime contract under the DHS Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) program, Functional Category 1 (FC1) All Small Business track.

SaiTech, Inc. is pleased to be a Prime Contractor – Small Business for EAGLE II. The objective is to establish the next generation of EAGLE Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts.

Scope of Work
Under this contract, SaiTech can provide a full range of IT services and products in support of developing, implementing, and maintaining technology to support the DHS mission and business across the entire lifecycle of a program. Services include:

  • System Design, Development, Implementation, and Integration
  • Software Design and Development
  • Operations and Maintenance

Quality Assurance Program:

SaiTech is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company.  SaiTech is proud to have implemented the international quality system requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 Rev. C; SaiTech will maintain compliance to future revisions of this standard, and will upgrade the system in a timely manner upon the release of such revisions.  The SaiTech quality system is fully documented, implemented and maintained, and is continually improved through the use of corrective action, internal auditing and management review processes. It has taken into consideration the requirements of applicable statutory & regulatory agencies, as well as customers.

IT industry best practices and CMMI standard processes are an integral part of our IT support. SaiTech is a Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Maturity Level 2 appraised company. In addition to the CMMI Level 2 processes, SaiTech was also appraised for two Maturity Level 3 processes: Organizational Training and Risk Management.

Quality Manual:
SaiTech’s Quality Assurance Manual (QAM) has been developed by top management to define the quality system processes and policies in use at SaiTech.  It is meant to be used not only by customers and third parties who wish to verify SaiTech’s quality management system, but also by SaiTech employees as the primary source of official company quality policies. The primary purpose of the Quality Manual is to describe and document the Quality Management System in place at SaiTech and to define all the processes in use within the company and their interactions.  It is issued under the authority of the CEO. All performance elements and activities will be governed by the SaiTech QAM.  The QAM is fully compliant with ANSI/ISO/ASQC-Q-90001-2000 and addresses Quality Management System Requirements, Management Responsibility, Resource Management, Service Realization and Measurement, Analysis and Improvement. It defines inter-relationships among the various elements of our quality system and establishes process maps for all critical management and performance activities. Rigorous adherence to the requirements, methods, and processes established in the QAM will ensure reliable, high quality performance.

SaiTech Top Management has been actively involved in implementing the quality management system (QMS). It has provided the vision and strategic direction for the growth of the QMS, and established quality objectives and the Quality Policy.  Management is committed to the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the quality management system.

Quality Policy:

The SaiTech Quality Policy has been developed by the President and Vice President.  This policy is taught to all new employees, and audited regularly to ensure the ongoing overall awareness of it by employees.  During Management Review, the Quality Policy is reviewed for continuing suitability.
